作為日本企業與人權對話救濟中心 (JaCER) 的一般成員，全球記憶體解決方案領導廠商鎧俠株式會社，今日宣布利用 JaCER 平台建立第三方熱線。

JaCER 為處裡申訴與糾正相關事宜之非司法平台，其作業遵循《聯合國工商企業與人權指導原則》。此平台旨在為成員公司之申訴處理流程提供專業支援。

鎧俠集團認識到，注重人權的商業活動對於公司及整體社會的永續發展至關重要。因此，本集團在 2021 年發布了《鎧俠人權政策》，以闡明我們在這方面的責任。本集團亦要求業務合作夥伴促進對人權的尊重，一如《鎧俠集團供應鏈行為準則》所規定。

展望未來，鎧俠將透過此第三方管道接收來自更廣泛的利害關係人的報告和諮詢，藉此提高處理申訴之公平性和透明度，並促進更深入的對話和調解，進而改善對本集團價值鏈中任何人權問題之回應。
